Includes 10 hours of coverage on wedding day coordinating vendors for event, wedding party schedule, master day-of schedule, over-seeing all event set up, coordinating ceremony and coordinating all formalities of the reception. Includes wedding ceremony rehearsal (typically scheduled the evening before the wedding). Includes a beginning consultation meeting, planning meeting (about one month out from event), contact with all vendors leading up to wedding and day of wedding and creation of a fully designed day-of wedding master schedule.

Physical set up of decor, setting up tables, setting up chairs, adding chair covers/chair sashes, adding linens, decorating specialty installations.
End of night tear down of decor, taking tables and/or chairs down, removing chair covers and/or sashes or linens, over-seeing clean up at end of reception, over-seeing vendor departures, over-seeing guest departures.
In the event that food and/or beverage will not be served by a catering company or professional service, the Coordinator and assistant(s) will help manage the distribution of refreshments. This extra cost help covers the pay for extra team members.
Includes everything listed with Day-of Coordination plus wedding design and decor curation. Decide on colors, theme, style and design with Planner. Establish vision boards, color palettes and style guides. Receive design renderings of wedding and coordination of decor. Includes assistance in decor set up on day of wedding. Includes vendor recommendations, vendor guidance and general planning timeline. Includes floor chart arrangements in partnership with venue. You will be able to have multiple touch base meetings with your Planner leading up to event.
Includes everything listed in Partial Planning & Day-of Coordination plus venue and vendor researching and sourcing, wedding website management, guest RSVP assistance, stationery and custom signage coordination (save the dates, invitations, welcome signs, menus, programs, way-finding signs, etc.) and point of contact for all vendors. Includes coordination of rehearsal dinner. Monthly touch base planning meetings are required.
Full suite of design for stationery including Save the Dates, invitations, menus, programs, welcome signs, gifts & cards signs, guest book sign and seating arrangement sign. Gloss finish, card stock weight stationery. Includes card stock save the dates, card stock invitations (both with plain white, unmarked envelopes), Does not include custom recipient fields or custom-printed addresses. Price covers designing, printing and shipping.
Full suite of design for all stationery as stated above but with premium finishes and more customized designs such as customizable save the date and invitation suites (with customizable recipient fields, printed addresses and colored envelopes). Premium customized finishes on gifts and cards sign, guest book sign, welcome sign, seating arrangement sign, and table numbers. Price covers designing, printing and shipping.

Attending the Morning After Brunch in person and helping run event.
For Day-of Coordination, a $350 retainer fee will be due upon contract signing. For any Planning services, a $500 retainer fee will be due upon contract signing. Stationery Design add-on costs will be due up to one month post-contract signing. The retainer fee will be subtracted from the overall remaining package cost. All remaining package costs are due up to one month before event date.
Any weddings taking place over a one hour drive radius around Iowa City, IA will be subject to travel fees covering hotel costs and gas stipend. Travel fees are determined after contract signing and range between $150-$300 depending on the event. Travel fees are added to overall package up to one month post-contract signing.
All planning packages render services from head Planner/Coordinator and up to one assistant. For additional team members to help work at any of the wedding events, each team member will be an additional $200 per person. Day of Coordination will usually allow for one Coordinator. It is up to the discretion of the head Coordinator if an assistant is needed or not.
All prices above reflect the cost of services of a Wedding Planner or Day-of Coordinator and do not pay for the coverage of other vendors for your event. The only services above that cover the actual design, creation, printing and shipping of the items are the Stationery add on services.
