Includes event management coverage on wedding day coordinating with your vendors, wedding party, creating a master day-of schedule, over-seeing all event set up, coordinating ceremony and coordinating all formalities of the reception. Includes wedding ceremony rehearsal (typically scheduled the evening before the wedding). Includes a beginning consultation meeting, planning meeting (about one month out from event), contact with all vendors leading up to wedding and creation of a fully designed day-of wedding master schedule.
Includes everything listed with Day-of Coordination plus wedding design and decor curation. Decide on colors, theme, style and design with Planner. Establish vision boards, color palettes and style guides. Receive design renderings of wedding and coordination of decor. Includes assistance in decor set up on day of wedding. Includes vendor recommendations, vendor guidance and general planning timeline. Includes floor chart arrangements in partnership with venue. You will be able to have multiple touch base meetings with your Planner leading up to event.
Includes everything listed in Partial Planning & Day-of Coordination plus venue and vendor researching and sourcing, wedding website assistance, guest RSVP assistance, stationery and custom signage coordination (save the dates, invitations, welcome signs, menus, programs, way-finding signs, etc.) and point of contact for all vendors. Includes coordination of rehearsal dinner. Monthly touch base planning meetings are required.
Includes design concepts and wedding aesthetic build with clients, design renderings, custom color schemes and decor design.
Includes physical set up of tables, chairs, and/or adding chair covers and linens. Includes load in and/or set up of all decor.
Includes tearing down decor, supplies, specialty installations, tables and/or chairs when the event concludes at the end of the night.
Includes the participation of sourcing and coordinating contracts with vendors to work your event. We search for the best vendors to fit your event needs and location based on our extensive network of professionals.
If your event requires extra help, our team can provide 1-2 extra staff members/event coordinators. It is $200 per extra person.
Includes coordinating and managing evening of event rehearsal and specialty dining the evening before your event (Management of add-on dine-around event or nightcap).
Includes coordinating and managing specialty brunch for the morning after your event.

For Day-of Coordination, a $350 retainer fee will be due upon contract signing. For any Planning services (Partial or Full), a $500 retainer fee will be due upon contract signing. The retainer fee will be subtracted from the overall remaining package cost. All remaining package costs are due up to one month before event date.
If an event is taking place outside of a 40 mile radius from Des Moines, IA or St. Louis, MO, travel fees are applicable. Travel fees vary based on location and travel/hotel accommodations.
All Planning packages render services from the Head Planner and includes one Day of Coordinator that will work on the day of your event at your event location.
